Authorized access

Workforce is an operator-managed service. Use is limited to accounts and work explicitly authorized by the account owner and operator. You must have authority to connect the Google account and to request processing of its data. This documentation website provides information and does not grant service access.

Mailbox actions and review

The current release supports mailbox review, reply-draft preparation, and approved reversible organization within M0–M2 authority. It disables outbound sending and excludes permanent deletion. The Google consent screen describes API permissions; the application's release-specific controls further limit enabled actions.

AI summaries, classifications, proposed deadlines, and drafts can contain errors. Review the original messages and generated output before relying on them or sending a reply. Do not treat a generated draft as an approved legal, financial, security, or account-ownership decision. Such decisions require appropriate human review.

Acceptable use

Do not use Workforce to access an account without permission, disclose credentials, evade authority checks, or carry out unlawful or abusive activity. Account connection does not authorize additional recipients, external communication, destructive changes, or expanded access beyond agreed work.

Data and disconnection

The Privacy Policy explains Google-data processing, provider involvement, retention, revocation, and deletion requests. You may revoke Google access at any time and contact superiormobile7@gmail.com for disconnection or support. Revocation does not reverse completed mailbox organization or delete retained records automatically.

Availability and changes

Availability depends on Google authorization, Cloudflare services, and operator-managed configuration. The service can be interrupted or suspended, including when authorization is revoked or misuse is identified. These terms do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, a paid-service entitlement, or a Google verification status. Changes that expand Google-data use require disclosure and applicable consent.
