Workforce

Workforce is an operator-managed assistant for authorized work, including Gmail mailbox review, reply preparation, and reversible mailbox organization. Access is arranged with the operator; this website does not offer public signup or connect a Google account.

The Gmail integration helps an authorized account owner review selected email threads, identify messages that need attention, generate summaries and suggested replies, create reply drafts, and apply approved labels. The current mailbox release permits read-only review (M0), draft preparation (M1), and approved organization (M2). Sending email is disabled in this release. Permanent deletion is outside its certified authority.

Selected Gmail thread content and metadata are processed in Cloudflare-hosted workflows and Cloudflare Workers AI to provide these features. Workflow state and evidence records support auditability and safe retries. See the privacy policy for the data used, storage, service providers, and removal requests.

Google account authorization is optional and applies only to the mailbox integration. Grant access only if you authorize the operator to run these workflows for your account. Review generated drafts before sending them yourself.
